Our products are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a product has been sent to you, it can't be "returned" — so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for change of mind.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the product is delivered immediately and that you are waiving any right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
We stand behind our work. While we don't issue refunds, we'll always make it right if a product is genuinely faulty:

If you have a problem with a purchase, please email us first — we'll almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended and your license terminated.
