Brainly Studios ("we", "us", "our") runs the website at brainlystudios.com and an online shop selling digital products for Roblox development. We respect your privacy. This page explains:

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the site, sell products, and reply to your messages. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it any time.
Who we are
Brainly Studios is a Roblox development studio, registered as a private limited company in Pakistan. We are the data controller responsible for any personal information collected via this site, and we honour data-protection rights (including GDPR) for visitors in regions where those laws apply.

Data we collect
We collect different data depending on how you interact with us:
When you browse the site
- Basic technical data in server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested — used to keep the site running and detect abuse.
When you contact us or send a project brief
- Name, email or Discord handle.
- The content of your message and any attachments you upload.
- Optional: project type, rough budget.
When you buy a product
- Billing name and country (required for tax compliance).
- Email address (to send your receipt and download link).
- Order history — items purchased, license type, date.
- We never see or store your card number — payment is handled securely by our payment provider at checkout.
How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:
- Run the shop: process orders, deliver products, send receipts.
- Provide support: reply to your messages, debug product issues.
- Improve the site: aggregated, anonymized analytics — never tied back to you.
- Stay compliant: tax reporting, invoicing, fraud prevention.

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie), so its contents never leave your device until you check out.
We don't currently set any analytics or marketing cookies. If we add them in future, they'll only run after you opt in via the cookie banner, and this page will be updated to list them.
Sharing & third parties
We share data with the minimum number of trusted processors needed to run the business:
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Our payment provider — to process payments securely (we never receive your card details).
- Email delivery (SMTP) — to send order receipts and reply to your messages.
- Discord — only if you choose to contact us there.
We do not sell your data. Ever.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us at any time to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your personal data (we'll keep order records as required for tax compliance, but anonymize them).
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for analytics, etc.

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
